Proof Approval Policy

For orders that include a design proof:

• Production begins only after final proof approval.  
• Customers are expected to review and respond to proof approvals or requested information within 24–48 hours to maintain advertised turnaround times.
   

Delays in response may extend processing and shipping timelines.
Ruby’s Craft Creations is not responsible for delays caused by late customer responses. 

If a proof has been sent and:

• No approval or response is received within 5 days, and  
• Three follow-up contact attempts have been made with no response,
   

the cancellation policy will be automatically invoked.

At that time:

• The order will be canceled, and  
• A 25% cancellation fee will be retained.
   

This policy ensures accurate scheduling and fulfillment capacity for all customers.

Orders may be canceled before design or production work begins by contacting:

If cancellation occurs after design work has started or preparation has begun,
a 25% cancellation fee will be retained.

Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

A job deadline change request may be submitted and approved in writing by Ruby’s Craft Creations.

Approval of a revised deadline does not alter or extend the automatic cancellation timeline.

The 5-day non-response period following delivery of a design proof remains in effect, and the cancellation policy will still be invoked if no approval or response is received within that timeframe.

All listed processing and shipping timelines:

• Begin after proof approval, not at purchase  
• May extend due to delayed communication or approved schedule changes.
   

Ruby’s Craft Creations may update this policy at any time.
Updates become effective immediately upon posting to this website.
