By accessing this website, placing an order, or using any services provided by Ruby’s Craft Creations, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use this website or complete a purchase.

• Handmade and/or custom-created to order  
• Produced using the information, spelling, images, and design choices supplied by the customer  
• Subject to slight variations in color, placement, or material consistent with handmade production  

These normal variations do not constitute defects.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• All names, spelling, dates, photos, and design details are accurate and final  
• You have the legal right to use any uploaded images, artwork, or text  
• Ruby’s Craft Creations is not responsible for errors provided by the customer  

Orders often enter production quickly and cannot be modified once processing begins.

Because items are custom-made:

• All custom sales are final  
• Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted unless an item is clearly defective due to an error made by RCC  

Customer mistakes, preference changes, or incorrect customization details do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

If you believe an item is defective:

You must email rubyscraftcreations@yahoo.com within 24 hours of delivery and include: 

• Order number  
• Clear photos of the item and packaging  
• Description of the issue
   

If the claim is approved, Ruby’s Craft Creations may, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the item, or  
• Issue a refund
• Issue store credit  

Claims submitted after 24 hours may be denied.

• Most orders include tracking information.  
• Small stamped-mail items (such as certain stickers or bookmarks) may ship without tracking.  

• Ruby’s Craft Creations is not responsible for:  
  • Postal carrier delays  
  • Lost or stolen packages  
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
     

Replacement of non-tracked shipments is not guaranteed.

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).  
• Payment is required in full before production begins.  
• RCC reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
   

All designs, artwork arrangements, product photos, branding, logos, and creative content produced by Ruby’s Craft Creations are the exclusive property of RCC unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially use any RCC design or content without written permission.

By submitting photos, text, or artwork for customization, you confirm:

• You own the content or have permission to use it  
• The content does not violate copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
   

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ruby’s Craft Creations from any legal claims related to submitted content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• RCC’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order  
• RCC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, emotional distress, or delivery delays.
   

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes  
• Attempt to copy, disrupt, or interfere with site functionality  
• Misrepresent identity or payment information
   

RCC reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion.

Your use of this website is also governed by the Ruby’s Craft Creations Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in New York.

Ruby’s Craft Creations may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms become effective immediately upon posting to this website.
