As of March 1st, 2025, the sales and use tax rate in Suffolk County has increase to 8.75%. This change affects all taxable sales, whether conducted in person or online. Please be aware when purchasing and for my fellow small business community please update all platforms to ensure come tax time all is correct without hidden surprises.
